MRW Design Associates was founded in 1996 and incorporated in 1997. The associates that formed the core of the group felt that the traditional methods of approaching new construction were distinctly out of step with the demands of the marketplace. The group was developed out of need for quick and cost effective response to the public who was increasingly confused over time delays and cost overruns. The group was developed to enhance the move into the future using the Design Build method of approaching new construction projects as well as offering architectural services using traditional methods. MRW Design Associates Mission Statement is to provide clients with timely, cost effective, and appropriately responsive design. Although they offer design and planning under any scenario, their primary focus is Design Build and Design Build cost analysis. MRW Design Associates believes that single source responsibility creates a team out of the Owner, Architect and Design Builder instead of creating adversarial relationships. MRW Design Associates knows that it is a fact that Design Build can save as much as 30% of time from planning to construction when compared to traditional methods of approaching a project. MRW Design Associates also knows that using complete single source Engineering, Design and Construction Management is the most cost and time effective way to contract new construction.
